About Catskills Camp
Part Summer Camp Fun, Part Wellness Retreat Serenity, Part Travel Club Adventure
100% Uniquely Curated Joy
Who is Catskills Camp for?
Catskills Camp is for women, 25-45 years young, who crave connection & adventure. The small group environment allows for genuine friendships to form. Come solo, leave with up to 8 new friends. All we ask is that you come with a kind & open heart.
When is Catskills Camp?
We’re launching in Summer 2026! We will operate over the 3-night holiday weekends between May & Oct, with a bonus 3-night non-holiday weekend in August.
What is Catskills Camp?
Catskills Camp is a curated, boutique travel experience for women, offering 3-night all inclusive weekend adventures in The Hudson Valley, rooted in The Catskills Mountains.
Catskills Camp is hosted by Catskills Cabin Retreat
Located in the foothills of The Catskills Mountains & perfectly positioned for both relaxation in nature and local travel to popular towns nearby. The famous Woodstock is only 15 minutes away. Some of the other popular stops in the weekend's itinerary include Phoenicia (10 minutes away) and Kingston (20 minutes away).
2 hours from NYC & 3-4 hours from Boston & Philadelphia
An Elevated Summer Camp Experience for Women
We’re located on a private 5 acre property in The Catskills. Rather than rooms full of bunk beds you'd find at traditional campgrounds, our accommodations are in our thoughtfully-designed log cabin. This means you’ll have access to all the luxuries of home (kitchen, bathroom, open living/dining area, a home theater, lounge, and gym), along with additional amenities on the property (sauna, hot tub, & more), as well as nearby (boating, hiking, cycling, and exploring popular towns in The Hudson Valley).
Think of it this way, a traditional adult summer camp is like a networking event with 400 people. You can’t possibly do everything or meet everyone. We’re the equivalent of a curated dinner party with 8-likeminded friends.
A Weekend Designed to Help You Exhale
This isn’t a packed itinerary. It’s a thoughtfully curated experience with just the right balance of connection, exploration, and space to simply be.
Day 2: Nature, Play & Choose-Your-Own Adventure
Wake slowly with breakfast, followed by an optional outdoor stretch to start your day grounded. By late morning, we’ll venture out to a scenic reservoir, where you can walk, bike, boat, or simply take in the mountain views. We’ll enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to the cabin for a relaxing afternoon.
This is your time to do as much, or as little, as you’d like: soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, nap in the hammock, wander the 5-acre wooded property, sit streamside with a journal, or tap into your playful side with games & activities.
In the evening, we’ll visit a local brewery set against a stunning mountain backdrop for casual bites and connection. From there, choose your experience: a scenic rail trail ride through the mountains, a massage or facial at a renowned spa, or a night out in famous Woodstock; with live music, shops, & some magic.
Day 1: Arrival & Connection
Make your way to the cabin by car, train, or bus for our afternoon check-in. Ease into the weekend with a welcoming mocktail hour by the fire. This is your moment to meet your fellow travelers, settle into the space, and begin to unwind.
As golden hour sets in, we’ll head into the charming town of Kingston for a relaxed evening out. We’ll explore local gems like a beloved bookstore & coffee/beer bar combo nestled among historic stone buildings & vibrant murals.
Dinner will be hosted at a restored 19th century bank building–originally home to the State Bank of New York, where we’ll gather in a private dining space for a warm, family-style meal from a top rated chef.
After dinner, choose your own pace—head back to the cabin for a restful night or stay out and enjoy a bit more of Kingston’s energy before our late-night pickup.
Day 3: Slow Mornings & Creative Evenings
Day 4: Grounding & Goodbye
Ease into the day with another relaxed breakfast and optional morning stretch.
We’ll head out for a nostalgic brunch at a beloved local diner (you may recognize it from TV), followed by optional afternoon excursions. Explore nearby towns like Phoenicia or visit a local animal sanctuary.
The afternoon is yours to unwind before we gather back at the cabin for an optional hands-on candle-making experience, followed by a cozy pizza and game night by the fire.
Enjoy one final slow morning at the cabin, with breakfast and an optional local hike for those craving a bit of movement and mountain air.
We’ll close the weekend with a farewell picnic lunch—one last moment to soak it all in before heading home feeling lighter, clearer, and reconnected.
Every element of the weekend is designed to help you step out of your routine and into something more intentional—a space to reconnect with yourself, meet like-minded women, and experience the Catskills in a way that feels both grounding & energizing.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

Q&A
How do I get there?
If you have a car, driving is the recommended option for its flexibility. We can recommend stops to make on the way to/from to make your adventure even more fun! Otherwise, there are buses & trains that come up to Kingston & Rhinecliff from NYC/Boston/Philadelphia. We can help you coordinate and offer a scheduled pick up & drop off service to the local transport hubs.
Do you offer financing?
We offer a buy-now, pay-later option, as well as accept credit card payments for a small transaction fee.
Where can I learn more about the accommodations?
We'll send you a guide once you fill out our interest form, but in the meantime, you can check out Catskills Cabin Retreat
How much does it cost?
Rates are based on your preferred sleeping accommodation, but early bird pricing ranges from $525-$900 total and includes everything listed below. We offer private rooms along with an open, shared space. The rooms will mainly just be used for sleeping, but everyone's preferences vary. You sure can! Bring a friend and share a private room or bed for a discounted rate. If you want to bring more than one, let us know so we can help you decide if it’s best to do a private stay.
Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, we want to be cognizant of people’s allergies and preferences. However, feel free to do a private rental of the cabin outside of Camp weekends and bring your fur-babies!
What else is offered?

What if I don't want to partake in excursions or visit local towns?
That’s perfectly alright! We encourage you to go at your own pace and do what feels right for your body & spirit. If you need to recharge your social battery, there is plenty to do back at the cabin. You can enjoy the hot tub, sauna, get a nap in on the hammock outside, wander the 5 acres and sit streamside with a notebook and pen, read a book under the trees, or enjoy any of the home's fun & creative amenities (lawn games, inflatables, puzzles, coloring books, games, painting, & more!) Remember, everyone comes with an open & kind heart. There is no judgment and no pressure. Come & be as you are. The goal is to leave nourished, whatever that means to you!
Do I have to share a room/bed with someone?
Only if you opt for it! Our interest form will gather your preferences so we can match you to your ideal accommodations. Everything is pre-planned so there are no surprises upon check-in.
Can I see a more detailed itinerary?
Absolutely! Fill out our interest form and we’ll send you more information.
How do I sign up?
Fill out our interest form and we’ll let you know once tickets go live!
What if I am outside of the age range or want to bring my family?
For the comfort of all campers, we are catering to women aged 25-45. If you're outside of this range, please still fill out our interest form so we can decide if we expand for the next season. While age is just a number, we chose this range to support commonalities within the group while being mindful of the physical activities offered. But we believe wisdom and friendship spans generations, and we'd love to know who else is interested in Catskills Camp for future seasons!
If you're outside of this range or want to visit the cabin and area with other people and pets, you can do so by booking a private stay. We offer similar amenities and services through our special packages.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand plans can change. Since this is a highly curated experience, we do our best to finalize attendance in advance. We offer a 48 hour, 100% refund after ticket purchase. If you need to adjust plans more than 30 days out, we can put you on a future, available Camp weekend or transfer your purchase to a private stay.
